House in Denver is on the market as of yesterday afternoon.

A few showings already.  Market/traffic has cooled, unfortunately.  Hopefully, the 4 open houses tomorrow (including mine) will help.

The market here is strong, but not that crazy.  I doubt that this house would be a good candidate for a scrape. My old neighborhood was embroiled in a bitter argument for over a year over scrapes/flips/pops.  There was a group actively seeking Historic Designation of a portion of the neighborhood (even though the main proponents lived outside of that zone).  Thankfully they dropped their demands and are now working with the opposition group on a viable solution.

But there are definitely people interested in buying.  Unfortunately, they need to sell as well.  Relocation company isn't keen on contingent buyers.
