Based on talking with my agent, I did file a claim Monday morning. However when the adjustor looked at the HOA's policy and liability, he said if I don't w/draw the claim, he would have to deny it.  Having a claim denied will cause issues during annual renewals for I believe up to 3 years.  

The agent and the adjustor have been more than helpful so far and said they'd be on standby for any of my calls/messages whatever.   Also told me to cc them on my communications with the HOA management co if I wanted.  

I think the contact w/the mgt co must've played youth soccer where everyone was a winner.   [bang]

This whole getting older thing has been good.  [beer]  Home now, after a fun day of outings. The GF will come over tomorrow. I need to rest.  [laugh]

The ex MIL has sent 3 bd cards. She is at the stage where she can't remember much. Except my birthday! 

My wish this year is that we all stay healthy and well. Over the past 18 years the DMF has been like home to me. All I want is for you all to be well.

"They" were right.  We got 10-12".  Nice a wet on the bottom.   Our neighbor has been kindly snow blowing out the end of our driveway, otherwise I would still be moving that heavy shit from the snow plow.

No big plans for the weekend here.
I'm going to let it sit, just shovel off the front porch and maybe a small path into my garage. It'll all otherwise melt soon enough.
