Basement back under water.  Watched it seep out of the cracks.  Sump pump now a hole we cut in the floor.  The water just keeps coming.  [bang] [bang]

Lawyer is definately going to get an email.  Also a call to home owners insurance agent.

Finally cooking dinner.

jsut confirmed, after ride, one of the guys follows me home, I take bike out of car, get a quick shower, get changed and leave to location of BBQ . .  veggie lady has confirmed that she will provide her own fuel and cook it too . . .
