Happy New Year!   I hope there are many good memories made for everyone this year.

I'm not one to make resolutions but after the past 18-ish months and other things behind me recently, I'm able to get back in the swing of fitness that coincide with the calendar.   Signed up for a duathlon in April and a 150 mile bike ride (2 days) in June.  Plus a dry January (with one night exception) and a 10 day fasting plan with my nutritionist... I already feel better.   :)

I am also doing the Dry January. Tell me more about the 10 day fasting.

I'll be dry...

the day I die.

Seriously, I don't want to put myself in shock. ;)

The rest of us will just have to pick up the slack for you two... [shot] [shot] [shot]
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

You forgot your commitment to make a trip to NE this coming summer......

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Zip is a good kid.

We went to a wedding last weekend and stayed at a hotel with a pool.

The following morning T and Z went to the pool. I joined them after a bit. There was another dad with his son, and dad was saying...10 more minutes. The kid was negotiating...20...Dad...10...kid...20...dad...it'll be less...you know the drill.

I left, and T stayed with Z. When it was time for them to leave, she quietly said...let's go. Zeke immediately got out and came to her to get a towel and dry off. On the way out dad had a scowl on his face.

Autism ain't so bad. ;D

Mine are good, but, they need more exercise than they get in the house.

They don't last long in this cold, even bundled up.

Take them hiking.

Even I don't get cold. ;)
