Food or drink. I need to shed a few pounds, and giving up one is a good way. I choose food  [laugh]

Long day. The CEO, COO, and one of the other partner/owner all went out to buy safety boots.   [thumbsup]

Now I need to work on the dircetor of operations. He was all butt hurt that he was not included in my state of the safety address. Oh well - he is part of the problem.

Congrats M on getting the CEO & COO to make some safe changes!  
I second Speeddog's suggestion with the director of ops.   ;D



Off to let the dog run rampant in the snowy park before hitting a few grocery stores.

Chemical detox and food cleanse begins Monday.  I've already stopped with the booze on the 1st and moved the coffee maker several days ago to the cupboard and the juicer/blender in its place on the counter.   Whopper headaches for a few days.  So far so good today.  


Lots of cruciferous veggies and protein shakes coming up.   I am going to be one cranky ass girl for 10 days.

Morning?

Had the worst stomach flu.

Slept all yesterday. Mostly better now.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I spent a bloody fortune at two grocery stores today.  Good thing I got a visa gift card from the office. 
This household of one has got a LOT of organic vegetables to eat in five days before adding the fish.

Trying to decide if I want to be gluttonous tomorrow or not.

Off to dinner...  so in addition to picking up the slack for others alcohol consumption, I also need to step up on beef and bacon? ???

Long enough to annoy my kids.

I'm going to call them at 3am and tell them my blanket fell off.
