Good morning . . .

4th week of coming home to shower and leave for main job . . . Got 2 jobs, regular over the phone from 9 to 5 EST and shift sup 2200h-0400h local time

Howdy,

I'm still alive!!  But I have been lurking.

Not sure how long it's been so short synopsis since beginning of July:

Ghosted by girlfriend I had been seeing for a couple months. 

Dad was in the hospital with some upper GI problem (not identified).

Took my first solo overnight bike trip to go see the ATF races in Weedsport, NY.  Need to take more solo  [Dolph] trips.

Brian's continuing health problems, all sort of tests, nothing conclusive yet.

I (finally) started legal divorce shit with Brian.

Been trying to keep to my yoga schedule.

Dad back in the hospital, minor heart attack this time.  Not enough blockage to bother with stents.

Canceled canal boat trip for the second year in a row.   :(

Start seeing a new girlfriend; totally wonderful, a cop and Buffalo fire dept dispatcher.  We have similar tastes (music, movies, art, architecture, etc), sense of humor, intellect.  Both motor heads. Her current project is putting a Ford V8 in a Volvo 240 sedan.  We just get each other.

Finally sold the truck (donor engine for the Suburban) and get my driveway back.

Brian decides to get rid off all his stuff, to become a vagabond on his bike.  Have a couple (semi successful) garage sales.

I start looking for a roommate.

Lose my job.  Start applying for jobs.

Find a roommate, also a recent divorcee my age.  Start moving all of my belongings into the living/dining rooms for my living space; two rear bedrooms are for the roommate. 

Brian will be gone on Oct 13.  Roommate in on the 19th.

Sold the Suburban.   [clap] [beer]

Things still going great with new girlfriend.   [thumbsup]

Still applying for jobs.....


I saw something about dp in the hospital...hope all is ok.

Stella, good to here your dad is ok.

Paint on the Falcon looks nice.

Carlos, that's a pretty busy schedule and sorry to hear about selling your bike.

I'm sure I missed something.  Take care all.   [bacon]
