Not sure.

But my meals have been pretty simple.  Dinner is usually grilled steak, chicken, pork chop or occasional fish with steamed or sauteed veggies.  Lunches have been salads with leftover grilled meats or steamed veggies with chicken.  Seemingly healthy, but after three months of the same...but not sure what I need.

So I went to Arby's tonight for dinner.
