Back from the ranch.  Always a good time there. 

Had some bonfires Thursday night.  The first two recently cleared cedars - quick burners.  Prolly could have launched a 55 gal can of beans from the last one, which was a couple big oak trees that had been cut down/piled up 3 years or so. 

And now it is cooler and rainy.

Limping around but self inflicted.  Decided it was time to work off the covid 19 pounds and started running since the weather here has been unusually cooperative and conducive so I have no excuses.


Dad's cable and phone issues resolved.  Next up is looking for a better optometrist after conferring w/the siblings who agree.

I've decided to ignore the end of the governors 'stay at home if you can' order and continue to work from home.

We shall see how this plays out...

So far, so good.  My boss hasn't said anything about it and it's now 1pm...

Hopefully this pans out.  I want my job to become 100% remote.  Like, permanently.

Good news! Our state mandate is now that if you can work from home, you need to.  Like for the foreseeable future (think widespread vaccine use), so like next spring or summer.
