yeah that's the problem I haven't make my own stl files/modified existing ones so don't know how to change just that parameter.
Guess this would give me the push into seeing how to go about that. I've been meaning to learn anyway as soon will come a time where I'll need to make some custom brackets and such. So I'll have to get back to you on that but will start seeing what I need to learn and what program is best to get

If I lose a habit (such as checking in here) I have trouble picking it up again. A big flaw with me and why any project I do is all stalls and spurts, Only reason I get stuff done for my job is by sheer force of will against my normal nature

That's something to look forward to, I suppose.   

Sun popped out and a lot of the ice and snow has melted and gone away.  Still relatively cold for Texas.  Should warm up a bit tomorrow and Sunday.

And since dry January is over:

the storm here was mostly rain but ended as ice and a dusting of snow but temperature has since been dropping like a stone so I'll drive her in tonight and pick her up in the morning.

TGIF.   This was not the week to not focus on work.  Mission critical due dates but parents and living/working out of a bag and sleeping (tossing/turning) on a twin air mattress with a dog not very conducive to that.   

Hopefully only another week of that and next weekend is travel friendly for a return home or somewhere sunny and warmer.


On a better note:  my pop's "brain scramble" has been at a minimum and remembers me, hasn't had excessively wild events happening in his head, and I'm taking him and his best friend out to lunch tomorrow (given the "ok" by all involved).  That has made my trip very worthwhile.   

Time for a bourbon and Benadryl.   Enjoy what's left of the evening.
