Work calls today interrupted work flow. 
Lost momentum.  Watching twitter feed didn't help.

Off to the feed & seed before they close now that it's above 10 degrees to get a new leash for the dog face.   

Hiked 9 miles in the mountains on Sunday.  Set it down once, forgot it, had to back track a ways once I realized I didn't have it.   Set it down a SECOND time and by the time my oxygen & sleep deprived brain noticed it wasn't in my hands again - it was too late in the day to go back. 

I may start drinking more during the week.   FFS  [laugh]

Afternoon!

A buddy of mine back home (Michigan) had a "massive stroke" four weeks ago today. 

Got a text of him running the snow blower and shoveling snow from his wife today.

Glad he's having a remarkable recovery.

Wow!    That's great news and an amazing recovery.  Happy to see that.


Temtation to get shitfaced drunk tonight (a frequent thought) but being the much wiser (older) “hooman” that I am, I won't.   

But the pup and I are enjoying a beer at a local dog-friendly brewery (Stodgy brewery - appropriate) after I sat in the dentist chair for an hour this afternoon
