Contacting any company is tedious these days, The airlines are the worst.

Morning,

Thankfully, they have a call back feature so I didn't have to wait on hold the entire time.  They were able to get me out at a reasonable hour (9A), connect through Chicago and get me to GR only an hour later than originally planned.  Flying through O'hare still has risks.

Actually, it happens within the same meetings sometimes.

Last Thursday's exchange.

Him: "Well, I just need to be prepared for this stuff as it comes along". 

Us: "We just discussed that there wouldn't be any changes on this particular product until sometime in 2023".

Dude has probably 10+ more years there than me.  Easily at retirement age.  Just sold a few rental properties.  Kids are grown and out on their own.

Constantly complains about the constraints we need to follow.

Nice enough guy, but it's time to go.
