Yup.   Just had a trip to the supermarket... that was interesting.  I feel like I'm 33rpm in a world the plays @ 45rpm.... also it's make the beast with two backsing bright in there  :o   The aches I can deal with but becoming (even) more stupid and slow is a bit of a worry  :-\   

I'll take it easy.  Backyard BBQ this arvo, just for 2  :)
