Hello everyone ...

Glad to know that everyone is getting better in NH ...

Kids will be kids, how many more replacement everything does your kid use in a year Davey?

Here, all as usual, hot, humid, wet, sunny, repeat ... FItness after c19 getting back on track, already lost 10lbs of the 15 I gained when "down with the sickness" ... 5 more to loose and I'll be at my ideal weight of 185

Anything that can be lost will be lost. Repeatedly.

For a while we averaged a lost mitten per week.

Typically the same side, just to make it worse.  :P
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Evening all.   [beer] [beer] to drink, a steak to grill, and maybe a vegetable too!

Sadly, no MC riding this weekend even though the weather will be great. My left foot is still numb/tingly and the leg gives out every few thousand feet.   Don't want to fall over at a stop sign!

Good afternoon [wine]

Sorry to hear Mary.

What's wrong with your foot, M?

I have something going on with my right foot.

L3, 4, and L5/S1 disks are bulging and the L5/S1 is pinching the nerve that runs down the left leg. The big toe is unable to put up resistance to pushing up. the bottom of my toes and foot have been numb and tingly for a year now.

I can't raise my big toe on my right foot, but I think it's nerve damage in my ankle, or neuropathy. I'm not walking normally either.

I suppose it could be those discs/vertebrae. They look like sea urchins.
