I like it if its very fresh. And fresh salsa is soooo yummy. Got a recipe for that too.

the only way to do guacamole is fresh

avocado
onion
fresh lime juice
serrano pepper
cilantro
sea salt

tip: save the pit from the avocado and put it in the center, buried under the guac... it helps it stay fresh for hours

if you can't find a serrano pepper, a jalapeno will do
just taste it as you go, it's easier to add more of something than take it out.
