I teach the class, but I do not like dirt.  I don't camp, do multi day hikes, or anything much outdoorsey.  I ride my bike and run, and walk a lot.  I like the water and boating, but not far from help.  I teach the class because as a EMT-I I have the most experience with delayed response situations.

That guys story comes up every class.

Yeah I just got her voicemail, need to call her back.  Very nice of her but I am not holding out much hope at this point.

I lost my wallet on our trip to NC.  A cyclist found it on the road on his morning ride and turned it in to the local police.  It still had the cash in it when i got it back.  Lots of good people out there.

Thanks, I was hoping someone helpful found it.  The generic airport lost & found doesn't have it, and the Denver United Lost & Found just has a "Our voice mailbox is full" message, so Stella is going to check in with them for me when she lands.

I did manage to convince someone else in United to send Denver Lost & Found an email for me, that's as far as I got on my own.

When I went to Dallas several weeks back, I somehow lost my drivers license at the security checkpoint but didn't realize it til I got to Dallas and tried to get my rental car. Idiots at the checkpoint had it, wouldn't release it to my parents so they could fedex it to me, and somehow I had to get back through security to fly home at the end of the week. 

Losing stuff sucks at the airport. I really hope you get everything back msinc.

Thanks everyone.  At least at home I was able to find an older non-expired DL (minus the motorcycle endorsement) and a spare credit card, so that should carry me for a little bit.
