what's cookin'?

well troublemaker...
i'm attempting a pork tenderloin roast without a recipe. and using red wine.

i basically used "italian" seasoning and threw in taters, carrots, scallions, and garlic.



i just realized that most of the things i cook with grow underground....interesting

Dinner was home-made pizza cooked on a pizza stone.  Complete with a complete selection of beers ~

omg even wierder.... i've got a pork tenderloin i'm cooking tomorrow 
i'm going to stuff it with homemade stuffing with cranberries.
and serve it with maple mashed sweet potatoes
and baby arugula greens with crumbled blue cheese, candied pecans, and pears

yeah, by the time i started cooking i wasn't going to ride anywhere to pick up more ingredients. hehehe

I love cooking with fennel.  I roast cauliflower.  I also like root vegetables.  We do a winter root roast from the Greens cookbook.
