omg even wierder.... i've got a pork tenderloin i'm cooking tomorrow  [laugh]
i'm going to stuff it with homemade stuffing with cranberries.
and serve it with maple mashed sweet potatoes
and baby arugula greens with crumbled blue cheese, candied pecans, and pears

I'm making whole grain penne pasta with yellow, red, and orange peppers and sausage, and melted butter with italian seasoning as a topper.

ohh, cranberries sound awesome
send me the recipe if you would.

there was a BOGO sale and i have another.
though i can't do the sweet taters. the woman doens't like them  [roll]

fennel would be good in your recipe your making tonight.

I love cooking with fennel.  I roast cauliflower.  I also like root vegetables.  We do a winter root roast from the Greens cookbook.
