A lot

;D

If the Ti SS frame works out well, I might consider doing a replacement monster frame.

If I can figure out how to skirt any liability issues that is.
We need to talk about that....

That was one of my buddies biggest issues.

It's one thing that's been on my mind.  I don't want to be open to any law suits.  Im hesitant to build anything like this for someone else.

Beyond that, how would someone use a custom frame like that on the road (if they wanted to) as there's no VIN

I was looking around and talking with some folks on another forum I frequent.  I was reminded of my desire for the 998, especially in the Matrix color, that green was beautiful.  I just did a search on Cycle Trader and came up with TWO 998's (searched for any, not just the Matrix one) in 250 miles.  Both were pushing $10,000.  Is this normal?

It's been done...

and in many states you can get a DMV issued VIN...with an inspection.

We can talk via phone or pm.

Wow, had no idea they kept their value like that.  There's several bikes I could purchase in that price range ~

I got a great deal on my 996, but it is track only and the seller was 'motivated'.  ;)
