Hi MrInc and Somegirl.     How are the pups' health these days?

Hi River.  Pretty good, although I think Grover is starting to feel his age.  At the same time, he continues to get himself into scrapes (we found mystery gashes on his legs 3 weeks ago and had to get him stitched up).   Watson is doing great (apart from turning grey).

Gov'ts birthday as well.

Owen's muzzle is turning grey too.  He seems so young at times and then he groans and struggles to get up.  His hips, spine and elbows have arthritis, plus the hip dysplasia.  We try not to think about his future.  We are getting his portrait taken next week.  I had a student that is a photographer offer to do a series of Owen for us. 

Heard the garbage trucks this morning!  We have not had pick up in 2 weeks!  Yea! Now we can take the recyclables down.

Joel--Good luck.  I hate malls and shopping too, so I'm right there with ya.  (And as much as I hate shopping lately my family thinks it's amusing to drag me out and play dress-up Barbie with me in every conceivable women's clothing store for stuff I don't need.   )
