Try working outside in -40 for a few hours.    It's ....a "challenge".    Not that you'll get that in the NE but you are going to get lots of windy and very cold, damp days.  In a few years Arizona will sound like a great place again.

Nope. Grew up here. Lived in SOCAL for 10 years, moved back here. Can't wait to leave....
