Going to run stairs at 1100.  2 levels!

Quicker than UC or UFC?

Is it dust resistant? :P

UC sprays pretty well. The UFC is great, but cures pretty slow, and HOK recommends the UC for tanks.

The 2 levels is just shy of 500 stairs.  Last summer I was up to 8 rotations.  This will be my first time out for the year.  It is hard to clutch the Jeep home after! 

Then the Duc club party at 230! [beer]

When I was in HS some hundreds of years ago...

our lacrosse coach would have us run stairs in the gym when there was still snow on the ground....for hours on end.

I don't miss it.

I college we would run the "green monster"  (99 stairs) for track.

It sucked, but helped with endurance and explosive strength.
