I believe that's what happened.

It was go-daddy...I couldn't even get to the server as an admin never mind the forum.

All in all their service up time has been excellent.

I think so.
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Bob Marley -- Three Little Birds

My day is good. I saved a ton of money, and I didn't even switch to Gieco. A few months ago, our neighbors HVAC unit shorted out and smoked out her house during the middle of the night. Last summer our other neighbor had his do the same thing. Both had to replace their units ( a few grand each)
Last night I turned on our unit to cool off the house prior to going to bed and it started acting up, so I shut it down. This morning I climbed on the roof with a shop vac and tools in hand. I took everything off I could, then proceeded to clean everything up. I put it back together and fired it back up. She ran fine, but I kept hearing a buzzing electrical sound. I traced all the visible wiring and found one 10 gauge wire to be weather cracked and causing its juice to jump over to the exposed metal plate next to it.  :o

A bucks worth of wire and an excuse to buy a new 8 buck wire stripper, and she's purring like new.
Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project.

So I went solo.  -Me

Or a lead attorney on a class action suit.  :o

That seems to be a high failure rate.

Theres no tell'n it was the same wire that caused it. I hated the fact that in both neighbors case... the ac guy said... you need to replace the entire unit.

I figured I check it out and run through a check list of things that might be the cause. Then replace the found to be failed part. No need to replace the entire unit.

I found an online trouble shooting checklist with step by step how-to instructions. Hell...I can unbolt and replace parts same as he can. And my labor rate is waaaaaay cheaper.

You'd blow yourself up too if you lived in Bakersfield.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
