If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

They're just weak. Real weather makes you tough, all they've got is a better sense of balance due to the ground not being steady.

It's just funny you know of this stuff because of its general obscurity!  [thumbsup]

I know this because I've actually met the vineyard owners when I visited a college friend in a nearby town (Gondeville if you're curious) a number of years ago. Turns out my college friend married a grape grower who happens to supply said Pineau des Charente. Needless to say, we had an endless supply of the stuff .... breakfast, lunch, and dinner!  [evil]  I'll see if I can post up some pictures.

On a funny note, as a parting gift they all gave me multiple but different flavored unlabeled bottles of home-brewed cognac to take home. Each was a new recipe they were trying out and they were actually pretty good! So there I was walking around the airport with bottles clanging in my bag wondering how airport security would take these clear bottles filled with something looking like gasoline in my carry on ... and I couldn't imagine how I'd be treated passing through the airport today.  :o  Turned out no problem. Bottles safe and consumed!  [thumbsup] [wine]

Got back from the local dealers.  New tire on the M750 (Qualifier, all the had in stock for a 160 rear, so it'll hafta do) and my fiancée fit very nicely on the 500R, but not on the SV.  I also found at that same dealer an S4R with 8000 miles.  Marked at $9,999.  They were willing to go $9300 OTD.  It had a 2-1 LeoVince full system, everything but the tank was carbon too.  Very nice specimen.  Too bad the financing didn't work with our budget ~
