I am doomed to keep teaching the same 3 classes with ER every quarter.  I could do it in my sleep.  At least I get to keep my boss.

I just want to get up at the same time every day, have  one someplace to go, do some work that is not soul sucking and feel supported by mgmt.  I have most of that right now.  A big minus is the not waking up at the same time every day and going someplace different every day.  I am just glad to have a job these days.

The raise would have been nice too.  We are trying to build the cash reserve and save for a vacation.  the form letter from our outside HR company was tacky.  They could have at least written something in house and sent that.

I am working a couple of different proposals for my manager that address my concerns and would provide 40 hours each week and more time spent at the chapter.
