I so don't feel like working today.  I've got the tourism board websites pulled up for St. Maarten, St. Croix, St Lucia, Barbados, and Antigua checking out some things to do for the upcoming cruise/honeymoon.  It's making me wanna sit under a palm tree with a drink.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

NIng.  Day 2 of my Vacation!  Have a little finish work on the bathroom and then it is DoNE!

Today's Plans:

Hair cut at 1100.  Then shower.

2 Pm - Visiting my Red Cross friend that has been ill and house bound for a year now.  Some weeks I am her only visitor.  She worked at the RC for 15 years and they hardly ever go visit.  They all ask me for status updates.  She would like more visitors.

Afternoon - coffee out at Stella Cafe and rest in the 80 + sun.

52 in a 40 - not very fast for me  ;)
Seems like the state troopers always get me going to or from the hospital, when my mind is usually on a patient. The last 2 times, they gave me warnings, but this was a speed trap. They pulled over 2 more while I was there.
Oh well, 1st ticket since '05, which is a miracle the way I usually drive, so I can't complain.

Thsat sucks.  I have noticed that the LA State Patrol are not very tolerant...  Having an out of state license probably doesn't help.  :-\

Thunderstorms are passing through.  I'm hunting something for on non-Best Man groomsman.  I'm thinking one of those nice shave/aftershave/fragrance kits would be nice ~

We're not gonna have a wedding party at all. I'm wondering how that will turn out.

And we kept losing power last night for five second bursts. So weird.
