Why do roaches always die on their back?

Here is my rant:

I got a $1,000.00 of a new 08 or 09 car from Chrysler.  The list of excluded cars is long.  The excluded list is all the good cars...    There is nothing left to by!  No wrangler, 12 cars in all were on the list.

What is up with that?
