I often see travel prices change around 9 PM (west coast time), that's because the date changes and there is a smaller window between booking and the trip, which makes prices go up.

In that case I'd expect the price to go up by more than $75. [cheeky]

I got to thinking about the samething.

I wonder if I look earlier in the evening or during the morning it will be cheaper?

I bet it fluctuates based upon how many people are looking.

a smart friend of mine who was good at stats did a project in college about the algorithms airlines use on their ticketing system; make the beast with two backs, that was a complex 15 page paper.

Off for a week and a half, so work has been crazy since I got back. Went to DITR and was having a blast, but then one of my closest friends, Rob, died  :'(
So Matador and I did a 24 hr drive back to TX, where I spent most of last wk with other close friends and Rob's family.

Good to be back in the land of the living  :)

How's it going?

It's going pretty good.

Things are still real slow here, but traffic is VERY light. ;D

Sorry about your friend sd.

I wonder if Dave is betting on his games.  He could make enough for the BMW.

My day off was just OK.  I went to the chapter to take care of a few things and otherwise ran around all day.  I need another day off.

Swampy,
Really sorry to have heard about your friend.  That's a toughie.  :(

Good luck with the trip planning CB!

Diva:  Kitty still feeling better?!?  Hope so!!!

Hi all!   [bacon]

Time to feed the stomach. Errands first followed up with a stop at "Food Hole" for a salad. Boring but need to make sure the leathers don't get too tight. Heading to Keystone in the morning for the Int'l. Women's Moto conference.  Should be good.  Good and interesting on many levels.    ;)

Will hopefully get some work out of it. H-D's women's outreach person has asked to meet with me which is a good sign.  (We created all of BMW Motorrad's national ads and a women's brochure - both of which are getting a lot of favorable attention.)  Fingers crossed.  Baby needs new knees!  (See the dog thread if you don't get that.)

+1 for Swampduc.

Have fun up in Keystone.
I rode 224 miles on the KTM yesterday, then 2 hours later, rode between bars on a 50-60yr cruiser bike. That thing is like riding a dryer. Heaviest bike EVAR!

Is this the same support group that helped out your boss, and got her on a good bike again?  [laugh]

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.
