I downed a box of mac and cheese and for some reason don't feel like beer.

A gin and tonic would be awesome though.  Alas, neither in the house.   [bang]

It's "healthier" if you make it with plain yogurt instead of butter/milk.   [thumbsup]

Hmm, that sounds interesting.

I make it my own way anyhow.

Cut the amt of butter in half.

Drain noodles well, butter back in pan, add drained noodles.

Stir until the butter has done it's thing.

Add cheese powder.

Add milk a little at a time until the mix is just stir-able.  WHen Im done I have more of a paste ;D

The spoon will stand up in the mix on its own no problem.

Yogurt will give you the same consistancy.   [thumbsup]

The other way to make it is with half and half, instead of milk and no butter.
