No, and we frequently coast down the hills around here in neutral, so we'd notice.

I have no problem eating something I have raised, named, petted and talked to. 
I do have a problem eating meat from the store. Where did it come from and how was it raised and killed?
In Oregon we raised and ate chickens.  We have friends that raised rabbits for protein.  I love rabbit.  Good to pet and a good, repeatable source of meat.

I do not pray at dinner time, but I give thanks for what I eat and I try to eat ethically.

My 4 H pig is to be named Pork Chop.

The corn with butter just came off the grill and into the house.

mmm... I've done that, but wrapped it in bacon, then in Reynold's Wrap. 

The corn gets really tender and the bacon stills gets kinda crispy.





Ok,  now I'm hungry again.
