Friday!  Saturday!  Sunday is my day off  [thumbsup]  Working today and then tomorrow I have 30 students and co-teacher.

Next week I am in the office all day, every day [thumbsup]

Drink plenty of water.  Staying hydrated will help keep the bp up.  If you feel dizzy, lay down and raise your legs up about a foot.  Wait a bit and then try to get up.  Try to not get over heated or chilled, regulating your body temp will help also.

I'm pretty sure it was an isolated incident.

I felt better when I had hypertension and smoked. ;D
