What's up with that?  I thought the s2's handled well.

Snap oversteer often happens when something in the rear suspension binds at the extreme of it's travel. Then the tires have to deal with the G's and can't.

S2Ks do handle great, but there is a limit to them as there is with any car.  And depending on the year of the S2K in question, they can have a bite to them once that limit is crossed.

As far as shopping for something else?  I wouldn't if you didn't to.  That S of mine was the best driving car I had ever owned. I would have done anything to have been in a situation that allowed me to keep it.  Oh well...

you should have popped the clutch and lit up the tires
that would have shown them you knew what you are doing
next time I'll remember that. [evil]

ML, my tires need to be replaced. Thought I could get a little more life out of 'em, but today changed my mind. The car has also been vibrating at >80 mph, and I hoped that was just wheel balancing, but now I'm wondering about the suspension. Roads are rough here, so the car takes a beating sometimes.

You should visit. You'd then appreciate your roads. ;D

Our roads have seasons.

They're pretty much impassable year round though. ;D

impassable? Nah, just shed a part here and there, no reason to avoid such a road.

doubtful it would anything I haven't seen before, my preference would be to choose which vehicle to drive down it though unless it's not mine and then who cares.  ;D
