if they don't give me a raise in june i'll be pissed

words like "essential" were used to describe me  

some highlights from my written copy:
"melissa has been essential for the creative direction of our brands"
"proven success in her advertising campaigns"
"she has unified our product lines and developed a very strong packaging grid"
