Off to gain possession of our new place and go to brunch with some of B's siblings.

If its old growth heart Pine it could be worth more than you think.  Rift grade, reclaimed heart pine flooring is $22 a foot just for the wood.  The beams are big bucks if marketed properly.

I am trying to be a good riding influence but wheelstands on the XR 70 are addictive!  All gear, all the time.

or, this idea is brilliant.....we can pass him around like the Toaster learning a bit from each person as he travels the globe.
Staying with IZ might be a failure as he may not listen to someone that he's taller than.  [laugh]
