Now what to do in the meantime to make my credentials stronger.

I've taken a few workshops that were specific to my background and what I want to continue doing (business development/marketing).  Even going through Meetup.com and finding events, webinars, etc. can help.  Good luck to you as well, Diva!!

OMG the cider...

I just took the dog out to pee...

I laid down in the driveway ;D

and stayed there even when it started raining.

Oh what a shame that didn't happen at DIMBY, that is too funny!   (Well, Randimus did almost "lay down" by the fire the first night.)
That cider was awesome!

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Last time I had something that was made with some apple slices and drinkable wasn't "cider" but much stronger.  I enjoyed passing the jar to the city boys from Florida and watching their reaction to the first taste.  One couldn't swallow the drink and spit it toward the fire.  Hilarity ensued.

I may take a ride.

Internship at the regional safety council.  I cold called (emailed) them and they got back to me the next day!

They did not have an internship posted, but I guess it sounded good to them.

[laugh]  I heard about that.

For everyone else:  That's Randimus at the first (?) Ducati in the Rockies (pre-me).

Diva,

Not sure what line of work you are in, but would attending a master's degree program in your field open more doors?

Ah, didn't know that.

A very good friend of mine is an architect and seems to be a trend in the industry of finding work.

I wish you the best in your search  [thumbsup]

Whew!  Home from the interview.  One of my OSHA instructors is on the board at the safety council.  Apparently he said some very nice things about me!  I should find out this week.  They do a lot of MC training too.

I could even write for the blog.  I like that idea!

Now off to the Tap House.  60 IPAs in 10 days event going on now!
