I understand that. Too many home owners are lulled into the sense of security that new siding will fix everything, or hoodwinked by unscrupulous builders. They 'saved' 5 bucks on the flashing and a 1/2 hour of labor right there.  Imagine the difficulty I'm having convincing some people about what I want to do. |

Pretty close, except for the Typar. Now, make it a 12 unit building with 6 2nd floor decks that have all heaved andwe're in the ballpark. |
