"They" did some studies here, and found the only place that had enough wind was the top of Kibby Mtn.  Had to build miles and miles of roads and transmission lines to get to this otherwise relatively pristine area.  The first year they went on-line the windmills kinda tore themselves apart.  Oddly enough, they didn't anticipate the severity of the wind/weather.
Yeah...

odd that all those engineers and pundits would screw it up.... ;D

how sensible :P

I've only used a laptop a few times.

Don't really like them.
been my only main computer use for quite some time now, since the next laptop will have more of IT's tentacles into it, I think it's best to use it less for home use. Not that I've been doing any odd things on it but I don't like the idea of strangers looking thru my personal pictures and potentially being scolded if I add in a little game here and there.
Besides I had been wanting to get something I can start using for more multimedia use and incorporate into the entertainment center thing of the living room-to-be

Ok, I'm officially hungry...  I know what I'm having for breakfast now!   [drool]

'Ning all.
Supposed to go riding, but it's all misty and foggy.  Weather report says only 10% chance of rain, and highs in the low 70's, but I don't know...   :-\

I find it disturbing that you're imagining me in a sauna, never mind the teletubbie aspect of it

No maize maze last night.  Decided that we would be too hungry and thirsty by the time we made the drive, did the maze and got somewhere to eat.  None of us were too disappointed.  Another time.  When there's MORE time.

Just back from cheering runners (crazy people) at the Denver Rock 'n Roll marathon.  Now off to cheer Bronco's.

Enjoy the day all!

Ning peeps.  Hanging out at the in-laws. Loaded the dog up on benadryl and he seems to be OK.

Headed home as soon as the coffee kicks in.  We really enjoyed the wine with dinner last night.

I went from [wine] to  [coffee] to  [bacon] then  [drink] at football!  We need a watercon for after all the others.
