Next time i visit the United States of America I gotta go visit Jellystone NP.

You have such friendly and articulate wildlife.

Whereas ours all wanna bite, sting or kick you to death.  And even the famous ones need human interpreters to communicate.

You could stay in a Jellystone campground almost anywhere here too.

I'm not sure the wildlife at the campgrounds are as friendly though.

I think it has something to do with the instant asshole theory.

Alright.  Even though I know I'm gonna regret this..... and against my better judgement....  I'll go ahead and ask...

What, prey tell, is the instant asshole theory?

I think it was PT Barnum that said...'There's a sucker born every minute.'  [evil]

Here goes...

You know how to make an instant asshole?

Just add alcohol.

ah yeah.

We have them too. But (unusually enough) we spell it differently.

Campground Arseholes.

Last time I went camping (about 97 years ago, but it seems more traumatically recently than that) we pitched tent next to seemingly civilised human beings.  It got dark.  We put our small children to bed, and opened a bottle of wine under the starry sky.... and then they added the alcohol of which you speak.... turned on their Berlin Wall search lights so as to make night appear day and cranked up the music (presumably to drown out the noise of the generator labouring to power elevety billion watts of illumination).  Ignorant arseholes.

Have you ever tried sleeping with a tampon in each ear?

Nothing like gettin back to nature.

I'm amazed at the number of people that travel to 'campgrounds' in their motor homes. Nature indeed.

It's akin to 'ice fishing'. They're not really there for the fish. ;)

I have an inflammatory email to send off and a couple accounts to hit up.

Then gotta meet up with someone later in the day about a thing.

Good luck with the "thing," ML.

So it has been over a week without the debil juice.  The brown dirt water I have been drinking is a poor subsitute.   [thumbsdown]

Not too much new here.

Have a test to write this am, go fetch the fixins for dinner (trout and leeks), and worky at the store this afternoon.

Have the weekend off!!  What to do.....think I'll finish the drapes for the living room and guest room.

I have a vendor telling me NPTF and NPT threads are the same, but NPTF is tighter tolerance [roll]  They couldn't be more full of it.

I'm correcting them ;D

Also, they've owed me a quote and it's been a month.  So, since I have a couple things to talk about, they're gonna get their cheerios messed up.

Thanks Diva.

Sorry about the coffee thing.  In the long run, you'll probably live longer and feel better.

I can't comment on the short run though. . .

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.
