We tried that as that's how I do it. Its not really a big deal unless she needs to clear a malfunction and im not around or able to help.

I think practice will help.

Im just happy not to loose any brass :)

Seat time helps...

How is it malfunctioning?

Sometimes she limp wrists it and gets a fte. Sometimes it even tries to strip the next round.

I occasionally get ftf but that's just a primer not seated all the way. Second try they always light up. Don't know why im.the only one to experience the ftf.

I switched primer brands because there was no more cci.  I like the federal better. They seat much easier.

I haven't done any loading.

I've read the federal primers ignite easier because of their composition.

Eh, they all make fire. I don't think brand effects that. I did notice the federals slipped in vs cci pressing in. If that makes sense.

Any plans to load?

I'll add that my wife likes firing a .357 Mag revolver loaded with .38 and is decent at that.

I've also read the CCI primers used to be slightly larger to accommodate Speer and CCI brass.

I'm saving brass...that's as far as I've planned.

When I can afford to set myself up I'd like to do it.

Don't worry, you are a lifeime member.
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

It's not the paper that I worry so much about, but rather the target itself.  Last time out, I shot the target support* right out from under the target!!!
