I thought yesterday was Saturday.

When they're say you have 30 minutes to get product down they weren't kidding. We were done by 30 and at minute 31 the 5 gallon bucket was smoking and too hot to touch :o

I moved it outside and the remaining 2.5 gallons we didn't end up needing had fully solidified :o :o :o

The pail was still warm to the touch after 3 hours!

OK, at least I'm old enough to use being old as an excuse.  Kev, I suggest you go with the fumes from your floor project as yours.

I don't think Mike and I got there until midnight.  Did you burn the shirts before then?

Nate, how do I slow that down?  use less catalyst?

funny you should mention that, even though my helper and I both had respirators with fresh charcoal canisters, both of us were light headed after we were done.

This is the good stuff :D

No...less catalyst will affect the cure in a bad way.

Add some lacquer thinner or acetone...5% maybe to start. If you over-reduce it won't fill right and take a long time to set and cure. Add it to part A and stir it in before adding the catalyst then add the catalyst to the original unthinned volume.

I'm afraid...

The current plan is to split it up and only mix half of it.
