I did get a chance to stroll the beach yesterday afternoon.

Morning.  Day 2 of Beagle-sitting.  They don't like the Boxer/Shepherd mix that we have.  No rides today or tomorrow, it takes me to deal with the Beagles, and she manages the mix.

There was none. Now I'm 30 minutes early.

Ok, truth be told, since you didn't send me your mom's address....I stopped at a Starbucks
on the way to the airport and rinsed my sandy feet, legs, shoes in the sink.  It helped.

And I CLEANED UP AFTER MYSELF so don't anyone even go there about "oh gross".      
Nary a spec of sand could be found when I was finished. 

So, no stink.  As far as I could tell.      (Isn't that like not being able to smell your own bad breath?)

Oh dear....that's what I feared.  Maybe I should be glad the flight was cancelled and I was shipped
to an airport hotel for the night - with a shower.

And maybe several other random strangers should be glad for that as well.
