I feel ya ... My tires are in customs ... that means I'll get 'em maybe on Friday but won't be able to install on Saturday since I've got the: electrician, plumber and locksmith coming to fixed a broken Yale [Made in England] lock ...

Only place I trust to change tires don't open Sunday ... So, untill next Saturday to remove wheels and go replace tires ...

I just called and spoke with the manager.

He wasn't aware that the incident had occurred while we were there.

He offered to take care of the dry cleaning and buy me dinner tomorrow night.   :-\

I was not pleased with their response.  As in, they didn't have much urgency cleaning up the mess, they failed to bring us new napkins (since we used ours to clean up the table), no meals/drinks were comped, no manager came to make sure everything was 'okay', no offer of soda water to clean the red wine out of my white t-shirt, etc.  >:(

When the local Hard Rock Cafe, basically denied me and wife and two other times, a seat because they had a private event and the kitchen was going to 'mess up' I wrote to HQ, local HRC contacted me, got a free lunch ...

Exactly.  The fact that the manager didn't know that it had happened is ridiculous.

I should have asked to speak to the manager before paying the bill (I'm traveling, work is paying, I was with 3 co-workers, etc.) but group consensus was just to not leave a tip.
