First 24 hours gave me the critical 1 day foundation to build upon which I needed

my brother told me it was worse than kicking smack.... and he would know all about that

that wasn't encouraging...but if the rest of the world can do it...I have to believe can...

despite what the make the beast with two backsing relentless little voice is nattering at me in the back of my head

I've always found Day Three  :o [puke] :o to be the absolute worst.... and I'm very experienced at quitting smoking having attempted the task numerous times.

Many years now since my last Day Three though.  And each time was more awful that the last, so no way I'm ever gonna put myself through that trauma again.  RAT there's no other way but to ignore that nagging and tough it out.  Eventually... and I know its difficult... but eventually the nagging will get bored and leave you alone.

You conquer it or it conquers you.  You have got this far, dont waste that progress by listening to the effing monkey [thumbsup].
