Second image is a pump truck, I don't think you'll be needing one of those.  :)

Like DP said they are easier for the driver to control. They make pouring slabs and floors a lot easier because the driver can pour and back up at the same time. They are also six wheel drive and don't get stuck like the reardischarge trucks.

If they made those things articulating they could pour concrete anywhere. [laugh]
