Yup. Its about the corporation saying "oh dear .... and even after you agreed that we educated you too ...... tsk". 

I recently completed WBT on the correct fuelling procedure for the company car  [roll].   "Oh really?  the go-liquid goes in that hole?  Who'd have thought?"

I wonder how the make the beast with two backs I manage to drive without ever having undergone WBT to acknowledge that I know which side of the car the steering wheel is on....

the best part of all of this is that i am required to take 40 hrs of classes to meet my metrics.
try and take something of substance and it is denied.

want to learn how the financial part of our job really affects things companywide? GREAT! ohh, you have to take time out of your work day for it? NO!

learn how to be a better listener. but only the first level course. the second gets us charged by the education group.

i have taken the same courses for 3 years now.  [bang]

but then if you screw up for not knowing something you were supposed to learn in any of those courses they didn't allow you to take ... they still blame you

Rained most of the day.

When it stopped I started moving some stuff that was in the way and Jim snapped some lines on the walls to see what was what.
