There are so many things going on.

Because of the magnitude of the project I can't do it all myself, and trying to deal with contractors and utilities and vendors is a ton of work.

It's easy to see why some general contractors make money and others fail.

Called in this morning.  So that I could study for a test that I've been directed to take but have little time to study for.  Didn't get any push back. 

More coffee brewing and hoping the materials don't put me to sleep like they did yesterday afternoon – even one of the text books, written by a slew of attorneys, interjects comments such as "just checking to see if you're still awake".   It's that bad.    Tongue

Who are these Kardashian women and why do they constantly make the news? Every time I go to a store half the magazines have them on the cover or are advertising a story about them inside the magazine. Do they have talent? Are they brilliant scientists? Are they successful business owners? Have they invented some hi-tech gadget that will change the world and all of out lives? Why does anyone give a shit about them being engaged, their wedding ceremony, their honeymoon, their divorce or if they are being abducted by aliens and getting anally probed for eternity. Who cares? They remind me of my last boss! Just more no talent people with fake boobs breathing up good air and taking up valuable space. You have to give the Kardashian's some credit...they've taken that 15 minutes of sex tape fame and built a $50+million business out of it.  There's no substance in the countless reality shows, perfumes, booze advertising, clubs, clothing, Dancing with the Stars & whatever else they're doing, but there is an impressive drive to keep the money rolling in.  Which the magazines/"news" are happy to ride along for, whatever sells!

And it is fantastic that they are real women with real curves, versus painfully thin with fake boobs.

Too bad they're rotting many young minds with their "lifestyle"
