I'm epoxying my floor at the shop this weekend. Today is sanding day. I have about 600 of 900 square feet done.

I can't wait to finish up. I think I have a good shot at getting home in time to eat dinner *before* 8 or 9 pm.

Wish me luck.

Oh, I sold the 999. Meeting the buyer next sat half way, doing the deal then driving to get its replacement.

Its just a floor buffer I rented with an adapter that accepts 16 grit discs.

They cut great for a short while then seem to dull quickly.

However I have discovered that unclogging with a wire brush helps a lot.

What works even better is adding pressure to make them cut more. I sit on the buffer.

Old paint will clog almost every disc.

From my understanding it's all in the coating...

and an ass on the buffer. ;D

Party with Travis when I move back east...    ;D

you are more than welcome to come out with me. though i might not get as "awesome" if i am playing tour guide. i tend to go into dad mode if i'm responsible for people.
though dad mode has given way to crunked up confident travis a few times.
