I've only been there once but it was a memorable trip. On  Hwy190 I had the opportunity to verify that what they say is true - a GL1800 Goldwing will do exactly 136mph.  [thumbsup]

I think the best thing was looking up at the sea level sign from where you took this pic. Very, very  cool !!

Whatever happened to Monster Dave?  He was the guy that started this thread. I used to see his posts all the time.

He got all butt hurt when people criticized him for hijacking the get fit thread.

Aside from the obvious, I'm not sure. The "road" is actually the 2nd bridge over to TMI. My ass got chased away quickly about a minute after the picture was taken. The large yellow gates to the entrance were open and I parked the bike about 5 feet inside. They didn't like that  8)
