Looking at the movies C1 and I have watched recently, I'd like to share & let others share about odd-ball movies. We're talking about just flat out unusual, weird or strange movies. Think things like Rocky Horror Picture Show. It doesn't matter if they're sci-fi, horror, or whatever genre they fit in. I'll share C1 and my recent watches

Streets of Fire
1984 -Odd movie with a bit of a plot. Jim Steinman had a hand in it, as he did some of the the music. The four-wheeled vehicles are all from toe 40's and 50's while all the motorcycles appear to be kick-start Harleys, while all the music is from the 80's. Guy goes with help from a couple others after his ex girlfriend is captured by a motoryccle gang.

Notable Actors - Rick Moranis, Diane Lane

Fire Inc was a short-lived band that arose with the music from the movie.

Repo - The Genetic Opera
2008 - Musicalesque movie. Civilization is in shambles, and people and dying right and left from major organ failures. A large company begins to grow and harvest organs from the dead. There's a "repoman" that's responsible for repo'ing organs if people miss their payment. . A bit of a plot involving the repoman's daughter, as well as the head of the organ company and the blind singer "owned" by the organ company.

Notable Actors - Paul Sorvino, Sarah Brightman

Killer Clowns from Outer Space
1988 - Just flat out weird. Not sure there's even a plot. Think people wrapped into cotton candy coccoons, hung up to "age" so the alien clowns can drink them. Popcorn shooting guns, spaceship that turns into a big top tent when it lands, it's just odd.
