how did they get that set up on the ATM inside the bank??

i can imagine on one of those little portable ATMs in a mall or where I do my banking....in the bar.

At one of my old jobs, another part of the building was used by an ATM company.

They had a whole pile of different types of scam setups.  Every day they were finding or being alerted of another.

The best was a complete atm shell.  The shell was just set over the old atm (there are quite a few out there that are pretty small.  Inside the shell was a laptop hooked to a reader and a functioning keypad.  When the card was scanned, it asked for the pin and once it was entered an alert came up saying "Communication Error".  Saved card info and corresponding pin for each swipe.
