Not sure if this guys on crack but he’s on something. 1995 916 Versace basket case. I’m thinking $750. No tank, fairings and it’s in pieces. Is this thing really that rare?

The ad is down, but as I recollect the bikes built in Bologna had a B in the serial number and the ones built in Varese had a V.  Other than a handful of SP versions I dont think there is a notable difference, particularly with that basket case.

I know that guy.  I would rather buy OEM new parts than give him the $ for any of his used bits.
