How about a 160 Monza Jr to add to the mix? I don't think this was done the last time I signed on here, forgive me if I already posted it!

Very nice.  Is there even a screen over the intake?

No screen. Hey, if you want to get double digit horsepower you need to make some compromises!

Seriously though, the bike sees maybe 50 miles per year. It's at 0 miles so far this year. If I ever decide to actually use it I'll put something else on it.

If you have it jetted for that stack, a conical K&N of the same diameter will direct and flow the same amount of air with no change of jetting, or at least that's been my experience.

It should be a 748 motor. The class limit is 750 cc.  Back in the day (70s-80s) guys would put their motor of choice in Champion, Trackmaster, or Hindel specialty frames. The companies selling the frames also sold tanks, seats, and body work to match. Then select your wheels, tires, brakes, & suspension and go racing! This looks like the old Champion design if I had to guess.

That looks like an air-cooled DS1100 engine. Perhaps it was de-stroked in order to meet a 750cc limit.

I am surprised about the motors over 750cc that are allowed today. Most guys do run 750 cc. I was at Pamona 1/2 mile last weekend and a 650 Kawasaki won the event over a slough of XR 750s.
